Congratulations to CIRUS Young Researchers Recognised for their Outstanding Sleep Research

Dr Camilla Hoyos, CIRUS Postdoctoral Fellow, has received the American Academy of Sleep Medicine Young Investigator Award at the Association of Professional Sleep Societies SLEEP meeting in Baltimore, MD, USA for her work entitled “Continuous positive airway pressure improves hyposomatotropism in men”. An honourable mention award and the Sleep Deprivation Section Prize went to CIRUS PhD scholar, Dr Roo Killick for her work entitled “The Effects of ‘Catch-Up’ Sleep on Insulin Sensitivity in Men with Lifestyle Driven, Chronic, Intermittent Sleep Restriction”.
